Corpus Christi Area Restaurant and Tourist Guide

The Seawall is one of Corpus Christi's leading and most unique attractions. The Seawall was completed in 1941 and was built to protect the city from hurricane damage and other marine disasters. The seawall also provides a picturesque area to walk, run, roller blade or just sit and think. There are several benches along the water. In the background on the picture above, you can see the T and L heads which provide moorings and facilities for both pleasure and shrimp boats. Another popular attraction is the Selena Memorial, also located on the seawall.
