The USS Lexington (CV-16) is located on North Beach and is a must see for any Corpus Christi Tourist. The phone number for the Lexington is 361-888-4873. The Lexington was also know as the Blue Ghost and is also incorrectly referred to as the Lady Lex. The Lady Lex (CV-2), while also an aircraft carrier, was lost in the Battle of the Coral Sea in 1942.
